Shipping Policy, from Maryland

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders to the contiguous 48 states (AK & HI residents; contact us!) 
• Orders ship out Tuesday and Thursdays at 11 am EST / 9 am PST, unless stated otherwise as a "SHIPPING NOTE" on the website banner.  
• If you have any URGENT shipping requests, send us an email (highlighted in green below) first or leave us a note when placing the order and we'll try our best to accommodate! 
• Tracking information will be sent to your email when we confirm we have your products in stock. When your package is handed to the carrier (we use UPS or USPS), you will get another email. 
• Expect your Yondu to arrive between 1 - 4 days after shipping depending on your distance from Maryland. We use "UPS Ground" shipping from our warehouse in Maryland (zip code: 20723).

Please note:

• If your address can only be serviced by certain carriers, please specify in the "special instructions for seller" section. We will try out best to accommodate.
• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• We are not able to ship to PO Boxes, or outside of the U.S. currently (including military addresses e.g., AP, AA, or AE addresses).
